Calmness Music payments

Richard Bowie, operating Calmness Studio, uses Paddle as Merchant of Record for Calmness Music payments. For purchases processed by Paddle, we adopt Paddle's Refund Policy, including its request periods and applicable consumer rights, rather than imposing a separate refund period or additional restrictions.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use your purchase details to locate the transaction. Paddle handles the request and any return of funds according to its policy and applicable law.

Cancellation and test payments

You can cancel your monthly membership through your account to stop future renewals. Streaming access continues until the end of the paid period. Canceling does not automatically submit a refund request; use paddle.net if you also want a refund.

Real membership payments are not currently enabled. Test transactions do not charge real money and do not involve a return of real funds.

Standalone storefront purchases

Books, journals, digital albums and other standalone storefront products continue to use Shopify checkout, not Paddle. For a refund question about those orders, contact Richard Bowie through Calmness Studio's Instagram account with your order reference and the issue. The terms shown for your purchase and applicable consumer rights govern these requests. Do not send payment card details or account passwords.
