Who you are contracting with

Calmness Studio is operated by Richard Bowie. These terms govern your use of our website, original creative work and Calmness Music service. Your agreement for the service is with Richard Bowie. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter an agreement, or have the necessary permission, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

Creative work and your licence

Richard Bowie retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding and original creative work, except where another rights holder is identified. A purchase or membership grants personal use within the rights stated on the product page, not ownership of copyright. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly share protected recordings, reverse engineer the service or bypass access restrictions.

Standalone digital album purchases remain separate from membership. Membership provides streaming access, not an MP3 download licence or download option. Canceling membership does not remove your separately purchased albums.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, introduce malware or interfere with security. Unauthorized probing, scraping and attempts to access another person's account or protected content are prohibited.

Membership and cancellation

Calmness Music is a single $5.99 USD monthly subscription with no free trial. When paid enrollment becomes available, it renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel through your account at any time to stop future renewals. Streaming access continues through the end of the paid period, unless access is suspended for a breach of these terms. Access ends when that period expires.

Real membership payments are currently disabled. Eligible test members can use the test service; test payments are not real charges. These terms do not announce that paid enrollment is open.

Member album codes, where offered, apply only to the specified digital music album. They are single use and expire after 24 hours. New codes are not granted to canceled, cancellation-scheduled or expired memberships. Codes can be shared; checkout behavior after cancellation has not been verified. Code requests are currently available only in preview.

Payments through Paddle

For Calmness Music orders processed through Paddle: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, subscription cancellation and refund mechanics for those orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy. Standalone storefront purchases continue through the existing Shopify checkout; Paddle does not process those orders. Review the product details and checkout terms before buying.

Availability and ending access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. This does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
